• Payment: 50% deposit required before work starts; remaining 50% due on completion and before final delivery.
• Revisions: This quote includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
• Third-Party Code & Services: We are not responsible for issues, costs, or security arising from third-party themes, plugins, APIs, or services.
• AI Assistance: AI tools may be used to speed production (copy, images, layout suggestions). Client accepts outputs may be AI-assisted.
• Client Responsibilities: Client must provide timely content, images, access, and approvals. Delays in client responses may affect timeline and incur additional fees.
• Delivery & Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and start after receipt of deposit and required materials.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Deposit is non-refundable once work begins. Partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion and based on work completed.
• Intellectual Property: Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. We retain the right to show work in our portfolio and marketing unless a separate NDA/exclusion is agreed.
• Warranty & Liability: We provide a 21-day warranty for bug fixes after launch. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
• Acceptance: By submitting this form you confirm you accept these terms and authorize us to begin work once the deposit is paid.
